Social Circuit

Get moving. Meet new people. Make connections naturally.
Social Circuit is an active, social workout designed to bring people together through movement, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. You don't need to be a fitness expert to participate. The circuit is designed to accommodate different fitness levels, with a combination of individual exercises, partner challenges, and small-group activities.
How It Works
We'll start with a group welcome, introductions, and a warm-up led by the instructor. From there, participants will rotate through a series of fitness stations. You'll work with different people throughout the event rather than staying with the same partner or group. Some stations will challenge you individually, while others will require teamwork, communication, and encouragement from your partner or teammates.
Expect activities such as:
* Bodyweight exercises
* Resistance bands
* Medicine balls
* Agility drills
* Short cardio challenges
* Partner exercises
* Team relays
* Fun fitness challenges
Meet More Than One Person
The circuit is intentionally structured around rotation. As you move from station to station, you'll have opportunities to work with different participants, compete alongside them, and encourage one another. Rest periods are just as important. Between rounds, you'll have time to recover, hydrate, and have conversations with people you've met along the way. By the end of the event, you won't have spent the entire evening with one person—you'll have had multiple opportunities to interact with the group.
Finish With a Social
After the final circuit, we'll cool down and transition into a relaxed social period. This is your opportunity to continue conversations, grab some water, and get to know the people you connected with during the workout. Whether you're looking for a new workout partner, a new friend, or a potential romantic connection, Social Circuit creates a natural environment for meeting people without the pressure of traditional singles events.
What to Bring: Athletic clothing, comfortable workout shoes, water, and a positive attitude.
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be available when appropriate.
